To be used with Castor Oil or Castor Oil Roller (Travel size). Warm a small amount between your hands and apply directly to your area of concern or use the castor oil roller to apply on to the area. Cover the area with the reusable tummy/liver/back wrap. The reusable tummy/liver/back wrap helps with trapping your body heat beneath the wrap creating a mild warming effect to absorb Castor oil deeply to the target area. Leave it on for extended period of time or overnight. It has a front zip pouch for additional heat or cooling pad to enhance absorption. Come with adjustable bands for comfort fit.
